Important Update:
As of July 2024, Universal Analytics (UA) has been officially deprecated by Google and is no longer available. It has now been fully replaced by Google Analytics 4 (GA4). If you previously connected a UA property, no new data is being processed, and the integration is no longer functional. We recommend connecting your GA4 property as soon as possible.
How to Connect GA4 to AdClicks
To connect sources to your AdClicks account, go to the Connections page, which you can access from the left-hand menu.
-
On the Connections page, click on Google Analytics 4.
-
Then click on Sign in with Google.
-
If no Google account is detected, enter the email address and password manually.
4. If you're using a Chrome profile already logged in with the correct credentials, simply click the account shown in the next prompt.
5. Alternatively, click Use another account to log in with different credentials.
6. After selecting the credentials, click Allow on the authorization screen.
7. Wait a few moments, and the GA4 accounts associated with those credentials will appear in the Connections page.
Assigning a GA4 Property to a Client
Once your GA4 account is visible:
-
Click the pencil icon on the right side of the account you want to assign.
-
In the search bar, look for the client and select it.
-
Click the Save icon to complete the assignment.
You can connect multiple GA4 properties to the same client if needed.
How to Confirm the Assignment
-
Go to the Clients page from the left-hand menu.
-
Search for your client and click on it.
-
On the next screen, you’ll see all data sources connected to that client, including GA4 integrations.
