To simplify things and make sure you get exactly what you need, we’ve streamlined our plans into two clear options:
- Free Agency – Built for marketing agencies that manage multiple clients and need robust reporting across accounts.
- Free In-House – Designed for brands and businesses that want to track their own campaigns and share insights internally.
Whether you're a solo brand or a full-service agency, you now get access to powerful reporting tools without the complexity or cost.
New Features
Plan Simplification & Automatic Migration
We’ve launched our new plan structure and automatically migrated all existing users:
- Brands have been moved to Free In-House.
- Agencies have been moved to Free Agency.
Older plans have been retired to reduce confusion, but everything continues working smoothly in the background.
No More Billing Restrictions
- The Billing Information section has been removed for all users—since AdClicks is now completely free, it's no longer relevant.
- You can now fully customize your branding (logos, colors, etc.) without any upgrade messages or restrictions.
Improvements
A Simpler Experience for In-House Plans
If you’re using the In-House plan, you’ll notice a cleaner, more focused interface designed just for you:
- You’ll only see your own organization —no client selection needed.
- Performance Monitoring is now fully available so you can get alerts directly sent to your inbox based on the criteria you decide.
More Customization for Your Charts
The Linear Gauge widget now lets you choose the font color to match your design preferences or highlight key data points.
Track Facebook Ads Results
You can now report on the “Results” field from Facebook Ads, helping you track campaign outcomes more accurately—especially for campaigns focused on lead generation or callback requests.
Help, Right Where You Need It
We've added a chat button directly in the Resource Center (bottom left corner of the screen), so you can contact our support team without ever leaving the app.
If no agents are available, your message will automatically be turned into a support ticket via email—so you’ll still get the help you need.
