This release brings new dataset scopes for Geo Performance, expanded coverage for Microsoft Ads, multiple UX enhancements, and critical bug fixes to strengthen overall stability.
Dataset & Reporting Improvements
Facebook Metrics Deprecation & Updates
Starting November 1st, Facebook will deprecate several Page and Post metrics. We have updated our datasets to ensure compatibility.
Metrics no longer available for new reports (historical data remains accessible):
page_fan_adds
page_fan_removes
page_impressions_paid
page_impressions_viral
post_impressions_fan
Metrics updated with new equivalents:
page_fans → page_follows
page_impressions* → page_media_view
post_impressions* → post_media_view
⚠️ Existing reports are not affected, but please account for these changes when updating them. For the changes to be effective, all widget settings need to be deleted and re-applied.
Geo Performance for Google Ads
You can now break down Google Ads campaign results by country, region, city, or postal code, offering deeper insights into geographic performance.
Competitive Insights for Google Ads
We’ve improved how we collect certain competitive metrics by making them available On-The-Fly (OTF). Data is now delivered instantly and matches the source 100%.
Available metrics include:
Market Share (“Search Impression Share”)
Search IS Lost (Budget)
Search IS Lost (Rank)
Microsoft Ads
Expanded coverage now includes paused campaigns with historical spend across Ad Groups, Ads, Keywords, and Placements.
User Experience Enhancements
Custom Calculations: Added “Beta” tag and disclaimer to clarify feature status and limitations.
Deprecated Fields: Warning message shown when editing old widgets linked to deprecated scopes. Deprecated fields are also filtered out from widget lists to reduce errors.
Themes Library: Improved layout for easier navigation.
Charts:
Updated highlight styling for better visibility.
Pie Chart editor now limited to one metric for cleaner visualization.
Credentials Connection: Clearer success/error messaging when linking credentials.
Text Filters: “Contains” and “Does not contain” filters now support multi-word inputs with line breaks (note: some metrics are not supported).
System Maintenance
Dataset Management: Added a Status field (Active/Deprecated) to the Fields form, improving dataset handling in the developer UI.
On-The-Fly Data: Continued migration of large Google Ads datasets from database downloads to OTF retrieval, reducing load and improving processing speed.
Bug Fixes
Biggest Changes Widget: Fixed inconsistency in the Sort By field.
Pie Charts: Corrected issue where Compare Date Ranges appeared enabled but returned no results.
Client Selection: Fixed issue where pagination caused incorrect client selection in Settings.
User Management: Improved sorting in the user list for smoother navigation.
